The NASDAQ at the Sorbonne
Sorbonne IAE invites the NASDAQ Vice President to a seminar dedicated to financial regulation.
On November 7, the Sorbonne Institute of Business Administration (IAE) will host Michaël Oxley, Vice President of NASDAQ and former member of the U.S. Congress, whose name is synonymous with the renowned Sarbanes-Oxley Act, passed in 2002 following the Enron scandal.
This visit is being organized as part of an international seminar dedicated to financial market regulation and competition between financial centers.
The day’s agenda covered various topics, including financial innovations and the organizational structure of the auditing sector. This event is organized in partnership with the French American Foundation and the IFA (Institut français des administrateurs).
