Sirex, a provider of Internet short codes, may now market its services to candidates for the March 2019 municipal elections, following confirmation from the Ministry of the Interior’s Bureau of Elections and Political Studies.

Effective communication is difficult during a municipal election. Websites are often long, filled with excessive characters, and sometimes include slogans or symbols such as slashes (/) or hyphens. Easy to remember, the Sirex short number provides a simpler way to reach voters. It will primarily consist of 4 digits that reflect the candidate’s zip code.
