Hudson awards the HR Director of the Year trophy
Following this announcement, the recruitment firm also announced the creation of an HR think tank that will meet twice a year.
The HR Director of the Year award (organized by the recruitment firm Hudson) was presented on October 21 to Josette Théophile, Deputy MD in charge of Social Innovation at RATP.
The award winner joined RATP in 1990 and became the HR Director in 1995. The year she took office coincided with the RER B bombing and the major strikes against pension reform. The following year, she successfully implemented a social early-warning system.
Established 12 years ago, the Hudson HR Director of the Year Trophy is taking on a new form this year, evolving into a club that brings together corporate executives and HR Directors to facilitate discussions on strategic issues related to Human Resources.
